The W11SNC-16x3000 Plate Bending Machine NC control upper roller horizontally adjustable (universal) three-roller bending machine is used for bending a metal plate of a certain thickness into a cylindrical shape, an arc shape or a certain taper at a normal temperature. Its working principle is rotary bending deformation. Because the upper roller can be adjusted horizontally, no additional equipment such as a press can be added, and the feeding can be performed at one time, and the pre-bending and forming bending functions at both ends of the plate can be completed without correction, and the correction for forming the workpiece.
(1) Upper roller device
The upper roller device is mainly composed of a main cylinder, an upper roller bearing seat, an upper roller, and a double row self-aligning bearing.
The upper roller is an important part of the coiling machine. It is a refined forging (according to JB/ZG4289-86 roll steel standard). The material is 40Cr X-inspected. Firstly, the rough forming is left with machining allowance and then quenched and tempered (up to HB240). -280), then medium frequency quenching. The new-type double-row spherical roller series rolling mill rolling bearing is used at both ends of the upper roller. The bearing is developed by Wafangdian Bearing Factory with international advanced technology and developed according to international advanced standards. (2) Horizontal mobile device
The horizontal moving device is powered by the YEJ moving motor, and the horizontal movement of the upper roller device is driven by the reducer, the worm gear and the screw nut mechanism to realize the asymmetric rolling of the plate.
(3) Lower roller device
The lower roller device is composed of a lower roller, a lower roller bearing housing, an input gear, a sliding bearing SF-2, and the like.

(4) Roller device
The roller device is composed of a roller, a wedge mechanism, a roller adjusting hand wheel and the like.
A total of one set of rollers is adjusted up and down according to the load size of the rolled sheet.
(5) Main transmission
It consists of main motor, electro-hydraulic push rod brake, cylindrical gear reducer and output gear.
(6) Overturning device
The overturning device is composed of a ram, a dumping cylinder and the like. Installed on the side of the upside down rack for flipping and restoring the rack. The tipping device is tipped over to facilitate removal of the article in the axial direction of the roller.
(7) Fixed, overturned side frame, integral base
The fixed and overturned frame is a steel plate welded piece, which is subjected to vibration aging treatment after welding to eliminate the welding stress. Finished again.
The base is an integral frame structure, which is formed by integral welding of steel and steel plates and then tempered to remove stress. The torsion section coefficient is high and the strength and rigidity are good. It is easy to install and use, especially for the production requirements with strong fluidity. It has low requirements on foundations and is convenient for relocation. At the same time, the frame, the reducer, the motor, and the like are mounted thereon, forming a whole from the surface.
The upper roller is pressed and the entire movement of the inverted head is controlled centrally by a hydraulic station. The entire system consists of a hydraulic pump station, solenoid valves, stacking valves, cylinders and piping. An oil pump motor drives the gear pump through the internal gear-shaped elastic coupling. The pressure oil coming out of the oil pump first enters the pressure regulating system, sets the pressure, and then passes through the passage block and leads to the cylinder through the three-position four-way reversing valve. All valve parts and accessories are plate-type integrated block connections. In order to ensure the effective operation of the hydraulic system, there is a protection device.
The equipment electronic control system consists of an electric control cabinet, an operation console, and a hand-held control box. The machine control electrical appliances (including PLC) are installed in the power distribution cabinet, and are displayed and operated by a touch screen, which is convenient to operate. Power supply 380V/50HZ. The NC control input circuit uses 24V DC power, and the control output uses 220V/50Hz AC power. The main switch has short-circuit protection and overload protection for the main motor. A main motor drives the lower roller to rotate, one motor drives the upper roller to move horizontally, and one motor drives a hydraulic pump station with short-circuit overheat protection. The forward and reverse rotation of the motor is controlled by the AC contactor; the control circuit is programmable by PLC. Controller control, less relays, reliable operation and long life.
This machine adopts two kinds of lubrication methods: splash oil lubrication and manual timing lubrication according to the working conditions. The internal gears and bearings of the main reducer are splash oil lubricated, artificially lubricated points, 2# composite calcium grease (GB491-65) in summer, and 1# calcium grease in winter. Main reduction gear body, it is recommended to use HJ40 in winter. Mechanical oil (GB443-64), HJ50 mechanical oil in summer.
Eight, the main configuration of the device
1, the upper and lower rolls are 40Cr refined forgings, after flaw detection, medium frequency quenching, Jiangyin Nangong.
2, The upper roller bearing is the new wide and large double row self-aligning series bending bearing of Wafangdian, and the lower roller bearing adopts the oil-free self-lubricating sliding bearing of Zhejiang Jiashan Sliding Bearing Factory.
3, the reducer uses CZS speed machine, self-made bending machine heavy machine special reducer. The auxiliary reducer adopts CWU arc cylindrical worm reducer of Shanghai Keyer Transmission Reducer Co., Ltd.
4, the main motor: YZR series motor, Wuxi Tianbao Electric Group
5, hydraulic pump station: Wuhu Yinhong Hydraulic Parts Factory designed and produced supporting hydraulic pump station. The hydraulic pump uses Hefei Changyuan Hydraulic Parts Factory to produce high-pressure gear pumps. The hydraulic valves are selected from Shanghai Lixin German Rexroth series.
6. The upper roller cylinder and the overturning cylinder are all customized by Anhui Yuhua Hydraulic Manufacturing Co., Ltd., and the seals are made by Japanese Walka.
7, control system:
1) PLC adopts S7-200 series produced by Siemens (SIEMENS);
2) LCD uses eview (Taiwan) 7-inch touch screen
3) The encoder adopts the TRD-S series produced by KOYO.
