The W12NC-8x2500 4 Roll Plate Roller is a sheet metal bending and calibrating machine. Dedicated to the forming and bending work of sheet metal. The pre-bending and curl forming of the cylindrical and curved workpieces of various specifications can be completed after one feeding, and the auxiliary tubular device can be used for the rolling of the conical cylinder. It is also possible to perform rough shaping work on sheet metal.

The machine is a four-roller bending machine, the structure. The upper roller is the driving roller, the lower roller and the side roller are the driven rollers, the upper roller is fixed in position, the lower roller and the lower roller can be moved up and down, and the upper roller is mechanically driven. The rotation of the lower and side rollers is driven by the friction between the steel plate and the rollers. Both the lower roller and the side roller are pushed by the cylinders at both ends to achieve the lifting movement. The flipping and resetting of the upper roller inverted body are performed by the oil cylinder, and the roller bearing bodies and the oil cylinders are installed in the frame at the left and right ends. The left and right frames are the main body of the four-roller bending machine, which is welded and mounted on the integral base. All operations of the machine are performed on the console.

Compared with the symmetric three-roll bending machine, the four-roll bending machine can directly bend the end of the plate without the aid of other equipment molds, and the remaining straight edges are small; it can be rolled into a workpiece without turning the sheet.
